Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Leaf Busters collects through leafbustersdfw.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Leaf Busters is a DBA of The Landscaper Crew, based in Arlington, Texas ("Leaf Busters," "we," "us").
Information we collect
- Quote and booking requests. When you use our booking form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, service address, the service you want, notes, and any photos. The form is provided by Jobber, the scheduling and invoicing software we use.
- Calls, texts, and emails. If you call, text, or email us, we keep your number or address and the messages you send so we can respond and schedule your service.
- Community Giveback. If you nominate an organization, we collect the organization's details, your name, and your email. If you vote, we collect your name, email, and phone number to verify one vote per person; your email and phone are stored in hashed or tokenized form with your vote. Promotional emails are sent only if you check the optional opt-in box.
- Website usage. We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as pages visited, links and buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, and how you arrived at the site. Our pages also include an embedded Google Map.
How we use it
- To give you a quote, schedule and perform services, send invoices, and take payment.
- To contact you about your quote, appointments, and service, including by phone and text.
- To run the Community Giveback, including verifying votes and announcing results.
- To understand how people use the site and improve it.
- To send promotions only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you agree that we may call or text you about your quote and service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not send marketing texts unless you have separately agreed to receive them. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for that work:
- Jobber, for quotes, scheduling, invoicing, and payments.
- Google, for website analytics and maps.
- Base44, which hosts this website and its database.
- Email and text-message delivery providers.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
Cookies and analytics
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Some parts of the site may not work the same without cookies. For the full list of cookies this site uses and why we don't use a cookie-consent banner, see our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and service records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. We keep Giveback voter contact information only as long as we need it to run and verify the campaign, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@thelandscapercrew.com or calling 682-238-0383. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or storage system is completely secure.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging yard services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
